This was my first order from WW and I was amazed at how well everything was packaged! If there had been any issues with damage during shipping (which there wasn't) it would not have been WW's fault. I love the product designs and the attention to detail with everything and the little touches of changing the cover art of the different items. I ordered the whole collection, sans collector box, and am very happy with my purchase. I really enjoy the formulas for the shadows and the shadows went on well and blended smoothly. My 2 complaints are the palette colors did not come through well in the photos so I thought I was getting browns instead of oranges, etc. and it is a very mid to dark toned palette so there is not a light enough shade for me to use on my brow bone or inner corner, even with a super light touch and lots of blending (I am a very light cool skin tone). Will definitely consider ordering again when something strikes my fancy.
