Returns:

Due to sanitation and hygienic purposes we will not be accepting returns on used products.

 

International Order Policy:

The cost of international shipping is calculated by the shipping carrier based on weight and destination, WE DO NOT CONTROL SHIPPING PRICES. We do not cover expenses due to Custom Duties, Taxes, or Import Fees.

International orders MUST purchase Route Tracking Insurance in order to be covered if the package is lost.

 

Damages:

If you receive a damaged item(s) or defective item(s) please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product.

We cannot refund/cancel pre-ordered items due to the funds being used to produce the product.  

Processing Time:

Our processing time is 7-10 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays) Shipping time varies with USPS and once given we have no control on how fast it arrives.

Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is returned to us due to being undeliverable you will have to repay shipping fees to have your item(s) shipped again. We are not liable for packages once they are given to USPS. If you receive damages or missing items via USPS you have to contact them for search, insurance, and/or claims. Shipping Information is sent to your email once fulfilled; please keep track of your package and if it is undeliverable please contact us at Support@wickedwidowbeauty.com

Pressed Pigment Shades may contain Vegan Red Pigments (D&C Red 34 CA Lake, D&C Red No. 27 AL Lake, D&C Red No. 33 AL Lake, Red No. 6 BA Lake, D&C Red 28), which are not recommended for use in the USA by the FDA around the immediate eye area due to light staining, but are approved for use in the EU.
